NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006109ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, GREENTREE SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and, CAO, JIAN, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
