RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed December 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004451-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE LEE TIBBITS-MCCLELLAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 1138, Aloha Garden, Unit Ten, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 80 and 81, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Subject to easements, reservations and declarations of record if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
