NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007861-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10, Plaintiff, and, RACITI, SEBASTIAN JOHN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of February, 2015, the following described property:
