NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003762ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOHN RICKENBRODE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN RICKENBRODE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SUNBURST ENTERPRISES UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PORTION OF LOT 9, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WEST ½ OF THE EAST 330 FEET OF THE SOUTH 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 1320 FEET OF THE EAST ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
