NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 09-012808-CI-33, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20CB c/o BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and SANDRA M. BIGLER, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the March 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, Less the East 10 feet of the East 25 feet of Lot 5, Block 4, Fraze Acres, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
