Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 33 FEET OF LOT 11 AND LOT 10 LESS THE WEST 22 FEET, BLOCK D, PINE ACRES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6440 83rd Avenue North, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2015, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
