Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 306, BUILDING 2, OF WINSTON GATEWAY APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPUTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2706, PAGE 66, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 51 AND 52, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 97 AND 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7770 DR MARTIN LUTHER KING ST N APT 306, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33702; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
