NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3 December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-003899-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Candie Bitzel, James Bitzel a/k/a James D. Bitzel, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 780.00 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN EAST 75.0 FEET; THEN SOUTH 166.23 FEET; THEN WEST 75.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 166.23 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 20.0 FEET THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
