That triangular portion of real property which was the subject of the agreement regarding the location of fences in the instrument between Stagnone, et ux and Davis S. Walker, et ux, as recorded in Official Records Book 5745, Page 1736, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, which triangular portion is more particularly described as follows:
That triangular portion contained within the South 35 feet of Lot 4, Block 54, Revised Map of Davista, beginning at a point formed by the intersection of the granite curb on the West side of said Lot 4 at a point 32.5 feet South of the line dividing Lot 3 from said Lot 4 and continuing thence in an Easterly direction for 46.3 feet (more or less), and extending in a Southerly direction for 7.3 feet and thence at a Northeasterly angle therefrom for 57.10 feet (more or less) until an intersection is made with the line dividing the South 35 feet of said Lot 4 from the North 32.5 feet of said Lot 4 at a point 44.7 feet (more or less) from the East side of Lot 4.
