NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 14-002319-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 15th day of January 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
