NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of December, 2014, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 13-010916-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 28, of Block 2, of BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in PlatBook 32, Page 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
