RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 20, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-004959-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and SHAWN S. BREWER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 6, Block B, LYNNMOOR, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 76, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
