RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-013370-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JOHN J. WHYTE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will Ken Burke, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NO. 102, THE GRANDE ON SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE GRANDE ON SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9644, PAGES 1705 THROUGH 1797, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 119, PAGES 82 THROUGH 91, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
