NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011094 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH4, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH4, Plaintiff and Robert J. Grondin Jr. a/k/a Robert J. Grondin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
SYRACUSE BUILDING UNIT 501, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 30, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 93 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 23, 1987, IN O.R. BOOK 6546, PAGE 61, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 87-187586, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
