Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Parcel I
The North 140 feet and the East 233 feet of the South 20 feet of the North 160 feet of the following:
A parcel of land being the North 240.00 feet of Lot 15, Section 10, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as it exists by occupation, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 10, proceed North 00 degrees, 11 minutes, 51 seconds East, along the East boundary of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 10, being the centerline of 34th Street North, 1083.13 feet; thence North 89 degrees, 48 minutes, 48 seconds West, 60.00 feet to the West right of way line of said 34th Street North and the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees, 48 minutes, 48 seconds, West, 602.99 feet to the West boundary of said Lot 15; thence North 00 degrees, 07 minutes, 10 seconds East along said boundary line, 240.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 15; thence South 89 degrees, 48 minutes, 48 seconds East, along the North boundary of said Lot 15, 603.31 feet to the West right of way line of 34th Street North; thence South 00 degrees, 11 minutes, 51 seconds West, along said right of way line 240.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

That portion of Lots 4 and 5, Pinellas Groves, described as follows: From the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, as a point of reference; thence South 00º27'22” East (Deed), South 00º25'39” East (Measured), along the East line of Lot 4, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, 1031.94 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 00º27'22” East (Deed), South 00º25'39” East (Measured), along the said line, 288.96 feet to the Southeast corner of said lot; thence South 89º47'52” West along the South line of said Lots 4 and 5, a distance of 372.58 feet; thence North 00º12'08” West, a distance of 280.00 feet; thence South 89º47'52” West, a distance of 80.16 feet; thence North 00º12'08” West, a distance of 300.38 feet; thence North 89º49'10” East, a distance of 85.00 feet; thence South 45º11'41” East, a distance of 60.00 feet (Deed), South 45º03'10” East, a distance of 60.05 feet (Measured); thence South 15º41'58” East, a distance of 260.70 feet (Deed), South 15º42'33” East, a distance of 260.73 feet (Measured), thence North 89º32'51” East, a distance of 253.07 feet (Deed), North 89º15'15” East, a distance of 254.56 feet (Measured) to the point of beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
