NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-025854, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CHERIE JOHNSON, CITY OF APOPKA, CITY OF ORLANDO, CLERK OF THE COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; WEKIVA RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, CARLLETTA WARREN, CARMELLA E JOHNSON, CAROL A JOHNSON, CAROLYN S VOLL, CLAUDIA J POWE, CRYSTAL ALCIDE, DANA JOHNSON, JACQUELINE KIRKLAND, JIMMIE JOHNSON, KELLI D CALDWELL, MECHANA MORRIS, RAJA BENTLEY, RHONDA CHANDLER, RHONDA WALSINGHAM, TAMMY A TUMBLIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLI D CALDWELL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, WEKIVA RUN PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 30 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
