NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-026655 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and CARLOS CUBILLOS, SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 2 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FL, COUNTY OF ORANGE, CITY OF ORLANDO, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; LOT 40, SOUTHCHASE PHASE 1A, PARCEL 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 48 AND 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
