Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
UNIT 2, MEADOWWOOD II, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3496, PAGE 940, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5881 CURRY FORD ROAD #2, ORLANDO, FL 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 24, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
