UNIT 130, OF LAKE FAITH VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2505 AT PAGE 1276 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 323 W LAKE FAITH DR # 130, MAITLAND, FL 32751; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 26, 2014 at 11 AM.
