Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 23, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 833, building b, las palmas at sand lake, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, as recorded in official records book 3081, page 973, and al its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and commonly known as: 833 skylake cir #b, orlando, fl 32809; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
