lot 678, east orlando section seven, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 5, pages 73 and 74, of the public records of orange ocunty, florida.
and commonly known as: 3814 bryston dr, orlando, fl 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 19, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
