unit 914, building 9, the coach homes at errol, a condominium, a condominium, phase 9, according to the declaration of condominium filed june 14, 1991 and recorded in o.r. book 4297, pages 576 through 673, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, of the public records of orange county, florida together with an undivided interest in and to the comon elements appurtenant to said unit as set forth in the declaration of condominium.
and commonly known as: 830 loch calder unit 14, apopka, fl 32712; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 20, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
