Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 23, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit number f-1, building 2 of the club at orlando, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium as recorded in official records book 3579, pages 1257-1357, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest of share in the common element appurtenant thereto, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 8203 sun spring cir unit f-1, orlando, fl 32825; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 20, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
