ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF WINTER GARDENS IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 12/30/2004 AND RECORDED 01/12/2005 IN BOOK 7778 PAGE 264 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 75, SUBDIVISION GLYNWOOD, PLAT BOOK 56, PLAT PAGE 72-75.
and commonly known as: 444 DUFF DR, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 25, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
