NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002585-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jerome E. Lawson a/k/a Jerome Lawson; Julie M. Lawson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 908.13 FEET EAST AND 30 FEET SOUTH NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 93.72 FEET, THENCE EAST 124.00 FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY 95.20 FEET, THENCE WEST 107.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID LANDS LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
