NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025310-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and BEULAH L. COLLINGWOOD A/K/A BEULAH COLLINGWOOD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, SPRING LAKE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE(S) 11, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
