Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 8, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit no. 406, lake virginia condominium, according to the declaration of condominium dated april 12, 1990, recorded on april 24, 1990, in official records book 4177, page 2389 through 2432, as amended by first amendment recorded november 20, 1990 in official records 4238, page 1778 of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 690 osceola ave apt 406, winter park, fl 32789; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 9, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
