NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-018487-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, The office of Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 294, OF AVALON PARK VILLAGE 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 123 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
