NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004002-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Joel Wellington; Gloria Wellington; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other Unknown Persons or Unknown Spouses Claiming By, Through and Under any of the Above-Named Defendants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 18, WASHINGTON PARK, SECTION 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “0”, PAGE 151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
