NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 13000980CC, in the County Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at: 11:00 a.m., on the 28 day of April, 2014, the following described property:
Unit 206, Building 2, FIDDLER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM, Phase I, a Condominium together with an appurtenant undivided share in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 766 at Page 1331, and as amended in O.R. Book 805 at Page 180, and as amended in O.R. Book 820 at Page 1022 and according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Book 4 at Pages 52A through 52C, and as amended in Condominium Book 5 at Pages 30A through 30C of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
