NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-543, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-62, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTICATES, SERIES 2005-62, is the Plaintiff and TERRI D. DAVIS, EDWARD D. DAVIS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29 PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
