NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-002063 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ASHBY GILKESON A/K/A ASHBY A. GILKESON, DENISE I. GILKESON, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 65, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 5960 GREEN BLVD, NAPLES, FL 34116
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
