NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-4270 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS OJANOVAC; CITIBANK NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, WILLOUGHBY ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 24, 25, AND 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
