NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 093275CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ERNEST DUFORT THE RANCH AT ORANGE BLOSSOM MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A JEAN DAVIS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 215 OF ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 58 THROUGH 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
