NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013, and entered in 2011-CA-002327 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and JOSE A. ABIN A/K/A JOSE ABIN; MARTHA C. CARDONA A/K/A MARTHA CARDONA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on MARCH 24 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 112, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 83, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
