Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 29th, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number, 11-2012-CA-003221-0001-XX, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-OPT5 is the Plaintiff, and DAVID L ROMBOUGH, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 105, FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT I, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2312, PAGES 1208 THROUGH 1338, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE NO. 105.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 24 day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
