Condominium Unit #1002, BOCA CIEGA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM I, Phase 8, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 909, Page 739, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 24 day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
