NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001183 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TERENCE E ROCHFORD; MIRA N. ROCHFORD; JUDITH A. CLAY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JUDITH A. CLAY LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 17, 1989; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JUDITH A. CLAY LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 17, 1989; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A; WM. J. VARIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC; DICKSON, INC; COLLIER'S RESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC; CYPRESS WOODS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
