NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-003400 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24 day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 37, UNIT NO. 14, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
