NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21st, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007643 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and VICKI G. ALDERMAN A/K/A VICKI GAIL ALDERMAN; DUSTY K. RHOADES A/K/A DUSTY KEITH RHOADES; FOSTERS CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANTS(S) ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this February 26th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
