NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 28, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-004276 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and PAULINE VIVENNE STAINES AKA PAULINE V. STAINES; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
