NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002108 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank successor by merger to National City Mortgage, a division of National City Bank of Indiana, is the Plaintiff and David C. Callinan Sr, Kristen M. Callinan also known as Kristen Marie Eldridge, Citrus Greens at Orange Tree Homeowner's Association, Inc., Orange Tree Homeowner's Association, Inc, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
