NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 41-2007-CA-2799 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA GERHARDT; LORI A NADEMUS; KEITH M NADEMUS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; LAKEWOOD RANCH TOWN CENTER OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/11/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
