NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-000162 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION , Plaintiff, and JEWELS PALOWITZ A/K/A JULIE A. PALOWITZ, PNC BANK , NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH NATIONAL CITY BANK , LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-201, OF LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1345, PAGE 971, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
