WOOTEN A/K/A MARY L. CURRY A/K/A MARY WOOTEN; LEE M. DUNN A/K/A LEE MONROE DUNN; DIANE K. DUNN A/K/A DIANE KAREN WOOTEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ONEWEST BANK, FSB; TENANT #1 N/K/A JASON KING are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
