NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-008391 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and BLANCA M BERUMEN-MARQUEZ; GUSTAVO MEDRANO-DELUNA A/K/A GUSTAVO MEDRANO-DE LUNA; CROSSING CREEK VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
