NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11 2011 CA 004141, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK
OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is Plaintiff and RICHARD A/K/A RICHARD H. MCPHILLIPS, JR. A/K/A RICHARD J. MCPHILLIPS; DENISE MCPHILLIPS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VERANDA II AT CYPRESS TRACE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS WOODS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2221, BUILDING 22, VERANDA II AT CYPRESS TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3448, PAGE 3014, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
