NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated JANUARY 16, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 41 2012CA007181AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-16 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-16, Plaintiff and PAUL L. COLEMAN, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.manatee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, FEBRUARY 21, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
