NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2011-CA-007365 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 28th day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, OAK TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 61 THRU 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
