Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CC-1818-XX of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BURGUNDY UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KENNETH WAYNE BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH WAYNE BROWN; EDITH BROWN; JACOB BROWN; SARAH BORWN; LYNDSI FINN; ANGELEA CASHION; TAMMY BROWN; TODD BROWN and ILLINOIS DEPT. OF HEALTHCARE AND FAMILY SERVICES CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 6 day of MARCH, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 439, BURGUNDY UNIT TWO, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 962, Pages 347 through 398, inclusive, and plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 181 through 186, inclusive, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4502 3rd Street Circle West, Unit 439, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
